issue when installing the group chat functionality

we have to create 4 users

ocschat

channelservice

webservice

and some admin account

of these the ocschat account username if different will not work... !!! :( (my frnd surya found it from the logs)

it seems to be hardcoded... so have no choice!

have seen many issues in group chat... will be concentrating on them and how to solve them in this blog...
